New Courses added for 2025

Learn what makes a drum sound the way it does, learn about structure and the relationship between the components and materials you are using. Learn how to create a drum that has the sound you want.

Learn traditional techniques and trade secrets, learn about tooling and bearing edges, understand different woods and how to make them come to life.

Courses are located in Landscove just off the A38 near Ashburton in Devon UK.

Total cost of the course is £595 this includes lunch with plenty of freshly ground coffee teas and biscuits. Veggie options are also available you just have to let us know.

26th - 27th July

22nd - 23rd August

24th - 25th October

12th - 13th December

I can arrange special dates outside of the above with groups of 2-3 students so feel free to get in touch to discuss alternative dates which would work for you.

Cost:

The cost of the course is £595.

This includes all the materials, tuition, and lunches for both days.

Places are very limited as there is a maximum of 3 people per class to ensure you get all the attention you need.

If you need to defer your place on a course a £30 admin charge will be applied. We need at least one months notice if you need to defer your place, If you defer your place more than once then you will lose your deposit.
