Tiki Drums courses
One months notice is required for all course cancellations, if you cancel a course under the one month notice time period then you will loose your deposit, if you cancel before the one month limit you will receive 50% of your deposit back.
If you wish to defer your place on a course to another course date, one months notice is required, and a £30 administration fee will be charged for organizing your dererred place. If you defer your place under the one month time limit then you will loose your deposit unless there are extenuating circumstances such as illness.

Every effort is made to ensure that all information is correct, however sometimes errors may occur. Tiki Drums accept no responsibility for errors on this website and we reserve the right to alter product, prices and specifications without notice. Images & illustrations within our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours of drums and other products on the website may vary slightly from the illustrations, depending on your browser and computer settings. Please note all images are for reference only and may differ from the product ordered. Please pay careful attention to the written description of the drum or component to ensure that it is the item and colour you require.

Tiki Drums takes the issue of privacy very seriously. Tiki Drums is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our users by taking all possible measures to protect their personally identifiable information. This privacy statement was developed to outline these measures and disclose the privacy practices of Tiki Drums.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. We do NOT store any financial details such as credit or debit card numbers.
When users submit sensitive information such as payment details, this is done through Paypal, that information is not kept on our records.
All of our users E-mail & address' information, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (such as follow up or newsletters) are granted access to personally identifiable information such as E-mail or address. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. The Servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, alarmed premises.
Here at Tiki Drums we have taken care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.
Acceptance of your order
We must receive full payment of the products and the delivery charges in full before we can accept your order and before they can be dispatched. you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. Only when we have accepted your order is it a binding contract created between us.
Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling, we reserve the right to update and change the pricing in accordance to our costs of wholesale suppliers when necessary. Delivery charges apply and are displayed during the order process. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of canceling your order or confirming that you are satisfied with the amended price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.
Orders are dispatched via our list of approved Parcel Couriers. If there is no response from a customer, a card will be left and the item may be picked up from your local courier service depot, should this occur, then please take an item of I.D along with you for verification of identity.
Delivery times are from Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 12 noon. Although very often goods dispatched on Friday often arrive Saturday morning there is no guarantee. Thus items may arrive on Monday morning.
Deliveries are dispatched when payment has been received. We will attempt to deliver products approx 2 -3 workings days once payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable we shall refund the price of the products and our delivery charges. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered.
Products such as custom drums and build to order kits will be agreed with the customer during the purchase process with an estimated build and delivery end date.
All shipping costs are determined by size and weight which will vary depending on the product ordered.
We will ship world wide using the relevant shipping company and pricing charges which will be pre confirmed with each customer during the purchase process.
All orders are subject to availability, at Tiki Drums we endeavor to show and provide you with as many options as possible, if however products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the payment and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 7 working days of your order unless you agree to a longer period for the product to arrive back in stock.
At Tiki Drums we want to make sure you get the products that are right for you. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item anytime within 14 working days from the date you received the item for a full refund. The item must be complete and in it’s original packaging free from damage, marks or scratches of any kind. All refunds must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
We cannot accept returned goods where items / original box are incomplete nor if items are not in their original pristine condition i.e. items that have been willfully damaged, scratched, neglected, modified or repaired, which shall be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Incorrect Orders Returns Policy
If you are sent an incorrect item in error by Tiki Drums we will arrange for this item to be collected or have your postage costs refunded. We will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible. If you order the incorrect item in error you can send it back to Tiki Drums for a replacement as long as the item has not been used. Please Note: Any item returned will be at the customer’s expense. Tiki Drums will also charge a re-packaging and postage fee relative to the product size and cost to re-send the correct item.
